The ShivaShakti Level 1 Children’s Yoga Teacher Training provides participants with a strong foundation in teaching asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation to children. This 4-day Level 1 course focuses on the unique needs of three main developmental stages (physical and emotional) of children: ages 3-6, 7-11, and 12-14.

Thai massage consists of a series of yoga-like stretches, which the therapist performs on the clothed client on a mat on the floor. This 30-hour course covers the back and side-lying positions and offers additional seated work beyond Level 1.
