SIMPLYoga

with Gail R.

New session begins Sept. 20.

Gentle, Kripalu Style Yoga for all levels. Simple postures focus on alignment and the coordination of breath and movement. Slow, gentle stretching and strengthening will be practiced, with the development of focus, balance, attention, breathing techniques and relaxation. Kripalu Yoga has something for everyone because it works on so many levels. Many people come to it for the physical benefits of increased strength and flexibility, and then also find ways to calm, focus and energize their body-mind.  I call my classes 'SIMPLYOGA' because I believe the essence of Yoga is not to achieve perfect or complicated postures, but to simply discover, accept and honor your unique body by exploring your limits and inner experience with respect and compassion. Please Register.

Mondays 5:30-7 pm

Fall Session begins Sept. 20
Suggested Donation per class: $13-$15, $11 each by prepaid session.
REGISTRATION: Please call or email to register and for current session information.
