The ShivaShakti Yoga Teacher Training Course is a comprehensive Yoga Alliance-approved 200-hour level program, designed to initiate students onto the path of yoga and prepare them to teach others.
In this 4-day intensive, yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners experience an in-depth look at the principles of alignment in Hatha yogasana from an Iyengar perspective. Long, mindful holds in poses allow the students to work with the subtleties of alignment and the often over-looked intricacies of classical postures.
Thai massage consists of a series of yoga-like stretches, which the therapist performs on the clothed client on a mat on the floor. This 30-hour course covers the front position and introduces the seated position.
