The Joy of Being- A VIRTUAL Meditation and Yoga Retreat
Join us live online for an intentional day of honoring the sacred, creating space and time to go within and be with the inherent Joy deep within our beings. Through mindful yoga movement and breath alongside meditations drawn from Tibetan Buddhist Tantra, we will explore the natural wakefulness of the body. As we inquire into our awakened body wisdom, we can learn how to weave this inspiration into our everyday lives.
The morning session will focus on tuning in to our bodies and opening our energy channels (nadis) through Kundalini yoga and pranayama. We invite our awareness to expand through two different somatic meditations. The afternoon session continues to guide us on the journey within through meditation, breath work and eventually Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation meditation practiced laying down. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, inviting one to touch in with the anandamaya kosha (the Bliss Body).
We look forward to connecting with you in spiritual community to nourish our beings through awareness, silence, gentle movement and meditation. No prior meditation or yoga experience necessary.
Our Virtual Retreat is a live-streaming ShivaShakti At-Home immersive retreat during which you will receive teachings, engage in guided practice, and connect with other participants through an easy-to-use online platform (Zoom). We encourage you to create a retreat environment during our day(s) together, by setting aside this day to be focused predominately on spiritual practice, creating a dedicated retreat space, removing yourself as much as possible from social media and other online work/communication with the exception of the online retreat. We invite you to sink into an inner retreat space in your own home with the support/guidance of our Online Retreat Format.
This retreat is meant to be attended live, however the entire retreat will be available in recorded format for registered participants after the retreat finishes. To receive YA CEs for this retreat, you must attend live.
The rate includes all live-streaming Virtual yoga & meditation sessions. Recordings of the sessions will be available after the course for registered participants.
Sliding Scale Rate: $54-108. Please pay what you can.

Continuing Education Credits: 6 Non-contact CE hours are available with Yoga Alliance for this Yoga & Meditation Immersion. Please notify us before the training if you wish to receive CEs.

Step 2: Once an application has been submitted, you will be redirected to a payment page. Please submit the payment for the retreat. Once your application and payment are received, your application will be reviewed. An application will not be reviewed without the deposit. This deposit holds your spot in the retreat.
Step 3: An acceptance packet, which includes additional information about the retreat will be e-mailed to the applicant within 2 weeks after the application and payment have been received.
