Cultivating Vitality Yoga Immersion
June 2 – June 4
As we move through a normal day, we’re exposed to all kinds of energy drainers: technology overload, traffic, negativity, stressful news, pollution, and unhealthy food. It’s no secret that when we’re out of balance, our energy levels suffer.
Your daily rhythm and routine are crucial elements for your health and well-being. You’re invited to reclaim your power and inner grounding through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda. Bringing yourself back into balance does not need to be complicated — and this immersion will give you all the tools you need to heal your senses.
Enjoy yoga classes focused on unwinding adhesions in the connective tissues and opening the energy channels of the body. Explore specific breathing exercises to relax the nervous system and promote strong mental health. Relax into a restorative Yoga Nidra practice.
Following each yoga session, you will engage in practical talks about Ayurveda and how to support your physical vitality through dinacharya, positive digestive habits, and ritucharya — methods to live in harmony with the seasons.
Vitality is your birthright, and you are the only one who can recharge and harmonize your vital energy. Join us … and return home energized and healed.
